As the number one coatings manufacturer in Asia & Japan, they are committed to revolutionizing the industry with innovative products and services while providing the best value to their stakeholders.Job description• Achieve Team sales target by implementing effective approach and sales plans to ensure the result are in line with the company business plan• Mapping all Projects in the region • Develop project sales within the targeted 6 key segments namely residential, commercial, hotel and resorts, education, health and flooring Repainting segments basing on the focuses such as 1) Iconic Building, 2) Development of relationship with key accounts 3) Strong concern of financial background of customers 4) Competitor’s information.• Set plan to develop a very strong relationship (family like relationship) with the key customers who are main players in the market.• Plan, manage and monitor payments collection with existing and new customers to achieve the company budgeted sales and gross margin.• Monitors competitors’ activities, strategies, organization chart as well as prices. Come up with the plan against the movement of the competitors and discuss with Sales and Marketing Manager• Plan, schedule and implement the paint school activities for paint applicators, project engineers, architecture, developers every month.• Promote Nippon through main contractors, developers and architects by providing specification assistance to enhance confidence in our products and services.• Maintain DSO by having regular meetings with finance department to ensure DSO ageing is achieved and meets the targeted minimum set by management. • Cooperate with technical service personnel to ensure inspection is carried out at all required job site and to ensure painting works is applied in accordance to specification.Education• Bachelor degree • 5 to 8 years of sales project experience as senior executive or Manager level, preferred Chemical sector.Job Knowledge The position requires an understanding of MS tools, Skills & Competencies • Technical Competencies• Behavioral Competencies• Data analysis, Attention to Details• Communication Skills• Time Management• Selling Skills
