Kredivo is a high-growth fintech company that is passionate about using big data analytics, machine learning, and cutting-edge technology to revolutionize the way people use credit card.Job DescriptionGather and organize sales data, including insight, sales results, competitors trend from the field. Providing structure for the field team to share the insight.Create and maintain any tracking that is needed for developing the sales promotion team: cost tracking, performance tracking, time management tracking for the team, activity report tracking from the team.Conduct weekly workload analysis by checking the activities, tasks, and time allocation of the field team. This includes gathering input directly from the team on what they worked on, evaluating whether their weekly workload is already optimal, and identifying remaining available hours to ensure balanced task distribution.Providing administrative support to the sales team, creating schedules for some sales promoters, and recording the warning letter.Assisting the field team to achieve the target through data analysis. Develop and deploy dashboards to monitor key metrics.Derive and structure solutions to issues at hand through data driven approachesCollaborate with other stakeholders to analyze different kinds of data and process the data to be comprehensive.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Studies, Management or Information System from a reputable university.Fresh graduates are welcome.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, structured problem solving, and draw meaningful conclusions.Meticulous and attention to details.Proficient in Microsoft office, especially basic Microsoft Excel (including simple formulas, pivot tables, and data processing).Familiar with project management and/or other tracking tools.Fluent in English.
