We seek a Sales & Relationship Manager to join our Sales Switzerland & Liechtenstein team in Zurich, responsible for serving as a reliable and trusted point of contact for clients, building strong relationships at all levels within client organizations, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth. Be part of a team that values proactive, results-driven, and customer-focused approaches.  What You Will Do • Serve as a reliable and trusted point of contact for clients, managing inquiries and requests efficiently and effectively.• Build strong relationships at all levels within client organizations, earning trust through credibility, consistency, and results.• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.• Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition into our services.• Understand client needs, market trends, and regulatory dynamics to anticipate challenges and offer tailored solutions. What You Bring • Experience in sales and/or client relationship management, ideally in financial services or a B2B environment.• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster long-term partnerships.• Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.• Commercial acumen and a natural feel for identifying opportunities, as well as excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.• Fluency in English and German required; additional languages are an advantage
