YOU SHOULD WORK FOR EST:Join EST as our Military Solutions Sales Representative – Pacific Region and help us deliver mission-ready solutions to U.S. Military customers across Japan, Guam, and the Pacific. You’ll combine sales expertise with technical insight to build trusted relationships, develop integrated solutions, and drive profitable growth. If you’re motivated by customer engagement, international travel, and making an impact, this is the role for you.This position may be based in Japan, Guam, or Hawaii.WHAT YOU’LL DO:Develop new business opportunities and support existing military customersBuild long-term relationships through on-site visits, briefings, and demonstrationsCoordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver accurate, competitive proposalsAnalyze equipment and supply kits to ensure solutions meet mission requirementsManage pipeline activity in CRM and provide regular reports to the Sales ManagerTravel frequently across Japan, Guam, and the Pacific region (25–75%)WHAT YOU BRING:1–3 years of successful sales experience, ideally in industrial, defense, or government contractingBachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience consideredStrong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skillsFamiliarity with U.S. government procurement processes and compliance requirementsProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM (ZOHO)Valid driver’s license, clean record, and ability to obtain a U.S. Passport and military base accessWe are an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and welcome all qualified applicants.
