Job Title: Sales Representative | المسمى الوظيفي: بائع Location: Jeddah (On-site)⸻الهدف | The Goalتحقيق أهداف المبيعات الإجمالية للمعرض من خلال تقديم تجربة عملاء مميزة تشمل الترحيب بالعملاء، توجيههم، الترويج للمنتجات، وتقديم مشروبات أو ضيافة بسيطة عند الحاجة لرفع مستوى الخدمة وتحفيز المبيعات.Achieve the showroom’s overall sales targets by delivering an exceptional customer experience, which includes welcoming and assisting customers, promoting products, and offering beverages or light treats when appropriate to enhance service and drive sales.⸻المهام والمسؤوليات | Main Responsibilities1. العمل على تحقيق هدف المبيعات الإجمالي للمعرض والالتزام بهدف المبيعات اليومي.Work towards achieving the showroom’s overall and daily sales targets.2. استقبال العملاء وتوجيههم داخل المعرض، وتقديم معلومات دقيقة عن المنتجات والأسعار والعروض.Welcome customers, guide them through the showroom, and provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions.3. بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والمحافظة على رضاهم لضمان تكرار زيارتهم وولائهم للعلامة التجارية.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.4. الترويج الفعّال للمنتجات، خاصة الجديدة أو بطيئة الحركة، وشرح مميزاتها ومقارنتها بالبدائل.Effectively promote products—especially new or slow-moving items—by highlighting features and comparisons.5. تقديم العروض والخصومات للعملاء وتشجيعهم على الاستفادة منها.Present the latest offers and discounts to customers and encourage purchases.6. تحضير وتقديم مشروبات القهوة الساخنة والباردة .Preparing and serving hot and cold coffee drinks.7. استقبال ومعالجة المدفوعات بدقة وفق الإجراءات المتبعة.Receive and process customer payments accurately according to company policy.8. تجهيز أو إعادة تعبئة عروض المنتجات والعينات الترويجية.Set up or restock product displays and promotional samples.9. المحافظة على نظافة مكان العمل والحفاظ على المظهر العام.Maintaining the cleanliness of the workplace and maintaining the general appearance.10. متابعة المخزون، استلام وتسليم البضائع، وتقديم تقارير دقيقة عن الكميات المتوفرة.Monitor stock levels, handle product receiving and delivery, and provide accurate inventory reports.11. التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء باحترافية وحلها بما يحقق رضا العميل ويحافظ على سمعة الشركة.Handle customer complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and maintain the company’s reputation.12. الالتزام بالزي الرسمي، معايير الصحة والسلامة، وسرية المعلومات الخاصة بالشركة.Comply with the official uniform policy, occupational health and safety standards, and confidentiality rules.⸻المؤهلات التعليمية | Educational Qualification• شهادة الثانوية العامة كحد أدنى، ويفضل وجود مؤهل أعلى (دبلوم / بكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو التسويق).High school diploma minimum; higher qualifications (Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Marketing) are preferred.⸻المهارات المطلوبة | Required Skills• فهم جيد لمهارات البيع والإقناع.Good understanding of sales and persuasion techniques.• مهارات عالية في خدمة العملاء والتعامل مع مختلف الشخصيات.Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.• القدرة على التواصل الفعّال والعمل تحت الضغط.Effective communication and ability to work under pressure.• إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي وبرامج الأوفيس.Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office.• مظهر لائق، شخصية إيجابية ولبقة.Professional appearance and a friendly, confident personality.• معرفة أساسية بتحضير المشروبات القهوة الباردة و الساخنة.Basic knowledge of preparing hot and cold coffee drinks.• مهارات تنظيمية جيدة والانتباه للتفاصيل.Good organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
