Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?The key purpose is to coordinate and implement sales execution and trade marketing activities in outlets that offer beer and soft drinks in urban areas, with the aim of driving sales and maintaining as well as developing relationships with clients.Key roles and responsibilities:Executing sales planNational and regional trade marketing promotions and programs are executed, monitored and reported according to set standardsAdditional sales are negotiated with customers, which offer both, beer and soft drinks in urban areasOrder requirements by brand/pack type are determined against stock levels and targetsCompetitor activities in other urban outlets are analyzed and reportedBusiness advice is given to the customers, Drive product availability with full product portfolio as per TSP guidelines /IRVPRelationships with customers' staff are maintained and developedVisit routes and customer visits are consequently prepared, Visit POCS and drive call compliance and call effectivenessExecution improvement proposals are generated and, after approval, are implementedLocal/national events opportunities are identified and supported in the allocated areaNew volume opportunities are identified and addressed appropriatelyEnsure NBL products are well executed with proper display at Back of Bar.PlanningCustomer database is accurate, completed and updatedOutlets are assessed against guidelinesOutlet performance and needs are evaluatedInitiate trade development plans and cascade to the sales manager for implementationResourcingInvestment requirements (merchandising) are aggregated for budget inputMaintain and safeguard all company assets in the trade, Coolers, Brand houses, signages, vehicles, phones and laptopsPromotors are selected, contracted and managedSales performanceDrive market share in a given TerritoryAchievement of sales and volume target/Sell outPromote Digital Transformation agenda, Bees Buyers, Bees share, Bees Force and ensure compliancy.AdministrationCompile daily, weekly, Monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit to managementMonthly KPI reportCompetitor activity reportEnsure outlet records are well captured and demonstrated in Outlet Record Books.Key attributes and competencies:Orientated to team and successMotivate team membersGood negotiatorGood communications skills, both verbal & writtenLeadership Setting right prioritiesMinimum requirements: Graduate in Sales, Marketing Business Administration or related Fields.Diploma in marketing/business field will be an added advantage1 to 2 years Sales & Marketing experience in the Soft Drinks or FMCG IndustryGood knowledge of distribution processes, costs, optimization solutionsGood knowledge of distributors' environment in allocated areaBudgeting and process techniques know-howCommercial competenceDrivers LicenceAdditional Information: Band: IXABInBev is an equal opportunity employer, and all appointments will be made in-line with ABInBev's employment equity plan and talent requirements.
