Sales Representative – WellingtonYour ImpactAs a Sales Representative for Asahi Beverages NZ, you’ll manage and grow a large route-based customer portfolio across Wellington. You’ll be the face of our non-alcoholic brands in cafés, convenience stores, restaurants, and food-service sites, working closely with our distributor Bidfood to deliver exceptional service, strong execution, and outstanding customer experience.This is a hands-on role where you’ll build trusted relationships, drive visibility and distribution, execute promotional plans, and ensure our products shine in every store you visit. You’ll play a key part in driving growth across the Wellington region and representing one of the country’s most trusted beverage portfolios.Key AccountabilitiesManage and service a portfolio of approximately 300 route customers across Wellington with structured weekly, fortnightly, and monthly call cycles.Maintain strong relationships with Bidfood, ensuring accurate order flow and clear communication.Deliver execution excellence across all outlets including visibility, distribution, displays, ticketing, pricing, and stock rotation.Support the execution of trade and promotional plans to achieve profit, sales, volume, and distribution targets.Build and maintain high-quality in-store displays, ensuring all Asahi-owned fridges and chillers meet ABNZ planogram standards.Relay promotions, NPD updates, sales communication, and key product information to customers.Resolve customer service issues where relevant and provide feedback on store or product opportunities.Support the wider Field Team with merchandising and execution in key outlets.Uphold Asahi’s professional brand image and maintain strong relationships with store owners, managers, and decision-makers.About YouYou’re a confident communicator who enjoys being out in market, building relationships, and owning your territory.
