The role involves securing and managing freight opportunities, building relationships with trucking carriers, and negotiating profitable load rates for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with carriers, coordinating dispatch services, tracking shipments, providing market updates, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery operations.
