The role involves securing and managing freight opportunities, building relationships with trucking carriers, and negotiating profitable load rates for clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with carriers, coordinating dispatch services, tracking shipments, providing market updates, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery operations. The Sales Representative will be the primary point of contact for carriers, offering tailored solutions to meet their business needs, while supporting overall operational growth.QualificationsStrong Sales, Negotiation, and Communication skillsExperience in Logistics, Dispatching, and Freight ManagementAbility to build and maintain long-term client relationshipsProficiency in Problem-Solving, Conflict Resolution, and Strategic ThinkingDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilitiesFamiliarity with trucking operations and market trends is a plusProficiency in MS Office and logistics tools/software
