We make products for the data center, utility, industrial, commercial, machine building, residential, aerospace and mobility markets.What You’ll DoPrimary responsibilities of this position are to implement all of the sales demand creation activities in Korea, with emphasis on the strategic local OEM account targets, as defined by APAC Sales Team Strategy. The objectives are attained through individual sales efforts, customer visits, account management, and working with the rest of the Korea Sales Team. OEM Identify market opportunities in Korea Develop new clients to increase customer counts Drive development for demand creation through R/D and Component Engineering Maintain relationships with existing clients Using standardized sales tool and effectively maintain and update progress/status on new opportunitiesEMS: Coordinates with other team members for Korea fulfillment activities to ensure maximum sales volume for those programs running through selected EMS accounts.Distribution: Strategy to achieve New Customer and Business End-Customer targets; identify potential customers Regular joint visit to customers Identifying to seeking potential leads on customers/business Monthly Reviews to compare plan to performance QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, prefer Electronic EngineeringFresh graduate or 3-5 years' experience in Electronics related industry would be preferredSound technical background with strong application knowledge in Power Management for below Industries: Consumer – Home Appliance; Automotive & Transportation; Industrial segmentKnowledge of Codes and StandardsFluent in written and oral English and KoreanInitiative and positiveFrequent travel is requiredWork under pressureAt Eaton, we don’t just want to offer you a job, but a journey and experience.
