Headquartered in Abano Terme (PD), Fidia extends its global reach through local partners and distributors in 120+ countries worldwide, as well as with wholly owned subsidiaries.With the aim of strengthening our French team, we are recruiting aMedical Representative (APM) - France.The Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (APM), shall be responsible for:Promoting FIDIA’s pharmaceutical products to specialists in private practice, hospitals, and clinics by providing medical information in compliance with current regulations and in accordance with the policies and guidelines established by headquarters.Selling over-the-counter (OTC) and prescription products to pharmacies, following the sales department’s guidelines and in accordance with pharmaceutical regulations.Advising and training pharmacy teams by emphasizing the key characteristics of the medication or healthcare products.For reference, as of the current date, the Employee carries out field-based duties within the following departments: 60, 77, 91, 93, 95, 94.Main Responsibilities:Achieve the assigned targetsProvide Medical Information: Explain the benefits and risks of the products to Healthcare ProfessionalsMaintain a very good knowledge of the productsStay Informed: Stay updated on new developments in the medical field and the related Healthcare IndustryAttend Meetings: Participate in company meetings, product launches, and training sessionsBe compliant with Fidia's values and ethical code of conduct in daily activitiesRequirements:3-8 years previous experience in similar positionDiploma or equivalent (Visite Medical)Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, or a related field preferredHyaluronic Acid or Regenerative Medicine area of specialization is a strong plusMedical and pharmaceutical and pharmacovigilance knowledgeEnglish and French languages proficiency, both spoken and writtenExcellent communication and negotiation skillsStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in using the Microsoft Office suiteEthics and complianceOur offer:Open ended contractSalary between € 47.000 and € 52.000Fidia benefits:In Fidia you will have unlimited access to training and coaching programs aligned with market best practices and opportunities for professional development through participation in internal job posting processes and merit review programs.Fidia Farmaceutici promotes parity and inclusion in all its actions.All people from the status of candidate to that of employee and throughout the duration of their employment relationship are entitled to the same opportunities and protections regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, ethnicity, migration background, religion, nationality, age.All company procedures are therefore drafted in compliance with the principles expressed in the previous point; any divergences should be promptly brought to the attention of the People & Culture Department.
