Job Role:As a Sales Representative - Gypsum Board you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products, developing relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role involves understanding customer needs, providing product information, supporting orders from inquiry to delivery, and contributing to overall market growth and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesDrive Sales and Budget Achievement: Exceed assigned sales budgets in both quantity and value, actively working to increase the Average Selling Price (ASP) across the product portfolio.Strategic Account Management: Develop and expand the active customer database, enhance individual customer profitability through optimized product selection, and promote product diversity aligned with the company's mix strategy.Financial & Credit Control: Accelerate credit turnover to a minimum of 8 times annually, diligently monitor customer credit balances, collections, and invoices, and prepare monthly DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) analysis.Market Execution & Support: Support and monitor distributor and partner networks to enhance product pull-through, provide material support for project requirements, and ensure prompt resolution of all customer complaints.Reporting & Analysis: Conduct daily budget performance reviews for proactive action, and submit weekly market reports detailing competitor updates, new leads, and project status.QualificationsRelevant bachelor’s degree is a must.2-5 years of experience in the same roleStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.Good understanding of the construction materials field and applications.Knowledge of sales techniques, processes, and customer relationship management.Owning a car is a must
