Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative, located in the Greater Accra Region, Ghana. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, meeting or exceeding sales targets, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include visiting potential clients, giving product demonstrations, maintaining customer relationships, and staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven experience in sales, customer service, or related rolesKnowledge of hardware tools, safety wear, and construction equipmentAbility to negotiate and close deals effectivelySelf-motivated, target-driven, and ability to work independentlyBasic knowledge of CRM software and sales analyticsBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field is preferredValid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
