We operate across the Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island, combining competitive pricing with fast, reliable delivery and clear communication.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Victoria, BC. You’ll identify and develop new business, nurture and grow accounts and represent LG Fuels with professionalism and integrity. Day to day, you will prospect, run meetings, build proposals, negotiate agreements and partner with operations to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesGenerate new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals and local market outreachBuild, manage, and grow a portfolio of accounts; maintain strong, long-term relationshipsPresent LG Fuels solutions; prepare quotes and proposals aligned to customer needsNegotiate pricing and terms; close opportunities to meet and exceed targetsCoordinate with dispatch/operations to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and great serviceTrack pipeline and activities in the CRM; report on forecasts and resultsRepresent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer site visitsQualificationsProven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong relationship-building focus and commitment to outstanding customer serviceSolid organization and time-management; comfortable managing a busy territoryProficiency with CRM software and Microsoft OfficeValid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Vancouver Island (and occasionally the Lower Mainland)Experience in fuel, energy, logistics, or industrial B2B sales is an assetBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredWhat We OfferCompetitive compensation with performance incentivesSupportive, service-first culture and tight alignment between sales and operationsGrowth opportunities with a fast-scaling, BC-owned company
