Job Description

Reports to:Sales ManagerJob Purpose:To generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets by promoting logistics services, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the logistics sector.Key Responsibilities:Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and referrals.Present and promote company logistics services (freight forwarding, customs clearance, warehousing, transportation) to prospective customers.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement to close sales deals.Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales activity reports to the Sales Manager.Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the logistics sector.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in English (spoken and written).Ability to work independently and meet targets.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is an advantage.Valid driver’s license.Skills Required:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Strong business development and networking abilities.Goal-oriented and self-motivated.Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
