Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1.Business Development & Expansion (New Accounts)Aggressively prospect, qualify, and secure new wholesale accounts across New Zealand to significantly expand Oxyenergy's retailfootprint.Target new channels,including independent and chain pharmacies, health food stores, supplement retailers, and specialised ftess/wellness centers.Design and execute compelling sales presentations and pitches to decision-makers and retail buyers.Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional programs to drive initial orders and long-term partnership commitments.Provide market feedback and intelligence to the management team regarding competitor activity and product demand.2.Account Management & Growth (Existing Accounts)Nurture, consolidate, and grow relationships with the existing customer base (e.g, small pharmacies, regional health stores).Conduct regular account visits (physical and virtual) to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and inventory health.Develop and implement joint business plans, promotional calendars, and in-store marketing initiatives to generate quarter-over-quarter sionificanirevenue growth.Work with store staff to ensure Oxyenergy products are properly merchandised, positioned, and supportedwith up-to-date product knowledge3.Sales Performance & ReportingManage a defined sales territory and operate within an assigned budget.Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for new accounts, existing account growth, andproduct category penetration.Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and account information in the company CRM.Prepare and present quarterly business reviews (QBRs) detailing sales performance, growth opportunities, and market challengesQualifications & RequirementsEssential: Minimum of 2+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in the supplement, sports nutrition, heath, or pharmaceutical/FMCG industry.Crucial Value-Add: Established relationships and a portable network of contacts/buyers within New Zealand's pharmacy, health store, or retallsupplement channels.Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed aggresssales qoals and close complex deals.Highly energetic, self-motivated, and sales-driven personality with a fearless approach to prospecting and closing.Exceptional communication, neaotiation, and presentation skills (verbal and written).Strong organisational skills and proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Must possess a valid New Zealand driver's license and be wiling to travel extensively within the assigned territoryWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary plus a highly attractive, uncapped commission structure designed to reward significant growth.Car allowance or company vehicle, phone, and laptop.Opportunity to be a foundational part of a fast-growing Kiwi brand's national expansion.A collaborative, and supportive work enyironment with high-quality, in-demand products
