Sales Representative

Role DescriptionWe are hiring a Sales Representative (Night Shift) for our Lahore (On-Site) office. The Sales Representative will be responsible for handling qualified leads, conducting consultative sales calls, presenting our digital marketing services, negotiating pricing, and closing deals. The position includes maintaining CRM pipelines, managing follow-ups, and ensuring strong client relationship development. You will collaborate with internal teams to support smooth onboarding and ongoing campaign success.Shift TimingNight Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Monday to Friday)ResponsibilitiesConduct inbound & outbound sales/discovery callsPresent and explain services including SEO, GBP Optimization & Website OptimizationPrepare proposals, negotiate pricing, and close dealsMaintain CRM records and follow-up pipelineBuild and retain long-term client relationshipsMeet weekly and monthly sales performance targetsProvide market insights to support strategic decisionsQualificationsProven sales or closing experience (Call Center / Digital Marketing preferred)Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skillsAbility to understand customer needs and propose relevant solutionsExperience with CRM usage and follow-up managementBackground in digital marketing is a plusBachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory for high performersCompensationBasic Salary: PKR 25,000 – 100,000+ (based on experience & closing ability)High Commissions on every closed saleWeekly & Monthly Performance Bonuses / BountiesTo Apply / Contact Us WhatsApp: 0320 0015198
