About the Role: We are seeking a proactive Sales Representative to drive B2B sales of imported Ecuadorian shrimp and related seafood/meat products into the North America wholesale and restaurant markets. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential buyers (wholesalers, distributors, restaurant groups, supermarkets, Hispanic/Asian markets, etc.), making outbound calls, introducing our product line, and closing sales.Responsibilities:Make outbound sales calls daily to restaurants, wholesalers, seafood distributors, supermarkets, and other food service buyers in the NY/NJ region.Present and promote our imported shrimp and product offerings clearly and professionally.Follow up consistently via phone, email, or WhatsApp to secure orders.Build and maintain a sales pipeline and CRM-like tracking sheet.Communicate buyer needs back to management for pricing/negotiation coordination.Work towards monthly sales targets (containers / volume / revenue). Qualifications:Experience in B2B food or seafood sales (preferred but not required).Strong ability to cold call and handle objections.Fluent English (Spanish a plus).Understanding of Hispanic / Asian market landscape is a strong advantage.Motivated by commission and performance-based income.
