PURPOSE OF THE JOB: To Promote and Ensure Preference for NEO paints products at all Customer contact points in Windhoek and surrounding areas. You will play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and enhancing our market presence. KEY PERFORMANCE AREASÂ Execute sales plans to achieve sales targets. Expertly advise ALL Paint Customers regarding product selection, specification, and application of NEO Paints Products.
Engage in customer-driven NEO Paints product promotion and training activities Ensure sufficient stock levels of relevant NEO products at all Customer contact pointsContinuous drive for the optimal display of Neo Paints Products at all customer contact pointsSupervise and lead the team of NEO in store Consultants. Continuous product knowledge development within field sales team Prepare sales reports and performance analysis for sales management. Execute current processes in the support of construction and renovation projects and implement recognized project management standards in the support of projects. QUALIFICATIONS, COMPENTENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
 Grade 12 HIGCSE (or equivalent) Tertiary qualifications in Sales and marketingComputer literate (MS Excel, Word & PPT)Three years’ experience as a Sales RepresentativeGo Getter - self-motivated people with a high sense of duty and responsibility Must display a true understanding of business principlesGood communication and writing skillsPrevious experience in product application training (not only paint) will be an advantageUnderstanding of and exposure to the construction and renovation industryExperience in FMCG SalesNamibian CitizenValid Driver’s Licence
