About the roleWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales professional to join our team at our company. In this full-time role based in Bekasi & Jakarta Timur, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in our retail environment.What you'll be doingEngaging with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendationsAchieving and exceeding individual and team sales targetsMaintaining excellent product knowledge to guide customers through the purchasing processEnsuring a positive in-store customer experience and assisting with any queries or concernsCollaborating with the wider retail team to implement sales strategies and campaignsAccurately processing sales transactionsAssisting with stock management and merchandising tasks to keep the store presentableWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the retail industryExperience in sanitary, plumbing and building materials is preferredExperience in handling distributors and agents especially in the Palemabang areaExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customersStrong numerical skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling and reportingFlexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required to support our operating hoursA positive, enthusiastic and customer-focused attitudeWilling to travel on business out of town or to our head office in JakartaWhat we offerAt our company, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
