Job Description

Providing secretarial support to the hiring manager.Handling all confidential matters, contracts, documents and general correspondence.Liaising with corporate and government representatives on business mattersPreparing business presentation documents and correspondence.Handling travel and appointment schedules.Answers telephones and routes calls to concerned employee.Photocopies, transmits fax, and files documents.Plans and schedules meetings and appointments.Sorts and distributes incoming mails.Dispatches outgoing mail.Records and monitors NDD/IDD usage.Coordinates travel requirements.Maintains conference rooms reservations.Monitors foreign exchange rates & stock quotations.Maintains and monitors office supplies.Records and monitors requisition forms.Monitors office cleanliness and orderliness.College graduate of any 4-year course preferably Business Administration.Good communication and time management skills.With at least 1 year work related experience.With background in Automotive Industry.Articulate and keen to details.
