Role Purpose: The Sales Senior Manager will lead the Sales Professionals team, drive revenue growth, and position the Project as the preferred choice for UHNWI, brokers, corporates, and investors in Eastern Province. The role requires strong leadership, strategic vision, and an established high-level network to deliver aggressive sales targets and long-term partnerships.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and train Sales Professionals; build a performance-driven culture; develop training modules to enhance skills.Strategic Sales Management: Design and execute sales strategies; monitor KPIs; lead negotiations and close deals with UHNWI, corporate, and institutional clients.Broker & Partner Relations: Build and manage broker networks; strengthen corporate sales channels; ensure loyalty and engagement of broker partners.Client Relationship & Market Access: Leverage networks to generate leads; build long-term client relationships; provide premium client experience.Market Intelligence & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking; anticipate buyer trends; provide insights to guide pricing and product strategy.Sales Governance & Reporting: Ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and accountability; present business reviews to senior leadership.Education & Experience:Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred.Experience: 10+ years in real estate sales leadership with major developers, private equity, or investment firms. Proven success in building/managing sales teams.Skills: Advanced CRM/digital sales tools, strong public speaking/presentation, strategic planner and skilled at managing broker networks.Network: Must have strong ties with UHNWI, family offices, corporates (especially oil & gas in Eastern Province).
