Job TypeFull Time - ExemptGeneral DescriptionServes as the primary point of contact for plan sponsors, supporting employee education sessions, participant notices, plan review meetings, and sponsor focused educational events. This role manages ongoing client relationships, coordinates educational meetings for employees, participant materials, and supports participant education initiatives while partnering closely with Recordkeeping, Popular Asset Management, and the Retirement Plans Sales Team to deliver a high quality client experience.Essential Duties And Responsibilities Coordinate and support education and communication needs, and client inquiries, in collaboration with internal teams (Recordkeeping, Popular Asset Management, and Sales Team). Support and participate in client meetings, plan reviews, and participant education sessions (virtual and/or in-person), as applicable. Assist in the preparation and delivery of retirement plan communications, educational materials, and presentations for plan sponsors and participants. Respond to client and participant inquiries in a timely, professional, and solutions-oriented manner. Support sales and retention efforts by identifying client needs and collaborating with internal partners to deliver appropriate solutions. Ensure services are delivered in accordance with plan documents, internal policies, and applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal controls and compliance standards.EducationBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferredExperience At least 2 years of experience in customer service. Experience in retirement plans, financial services, or related roles preferred.Additional Requirements Effective oral and written communication skills in Spanish (advanced level) and English (fluent). Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint to create clear, effective, and professional presentations. Knowledge of defined contribution retirement plans (e.g., 401(k), 1081.01 plans, participant education) is highly desirable. Strong client service orientation and relationship management skills. Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
