In addition, you can work in a stimulating environment with diverse and talented members while upgrading your skills and career in a growing market.PositionDX Solution Sales (Rakuten Mobile)Background For RecruitmentWe are seeking talent to be responsible for Rakuten Mobile's DX solution sales due to business expansion.Job Content■ Job SummaryDX solution sales to promote various services such as SaaS solutions, MDM, security services, Rakuten AI (generative AI software), embedded devices bundled with Rakuten Mobile communication (AI monitoring cameras, digital signage, AI robot vacuum cleaners, robots, Pocketalk, etc.), and devices such as smartphones/tablets/PCs, etc., that support corporate mobile utilization.■ Job DetailsSelect target customers and execute strategic approaches.Carefully listen to customers' business challenges and needs.Propose optimal solutions to customers' challenges by combining the various services mentioned above with Rakuten Mobile communication.Conduct presentations that clearly explain the proposed content to customers and specifically present the effects of implementation.Create estimates, negotiate prices and adjust contract terms, and aim to conclude contracts.Conduct follow-up after implementation to improve customer satisfaction.Collect market trends and competitor information and use it to formulate sales strategies.Collaborate with planning and marketing departments to develop and provide products and services that meet customer needs.Working EnvironmentYou can work in a dynamically expanding organization in collaboration with global teams inside and outside the company.
