Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, managing sales pipelines, and fostering long-term relationships with customers. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, providing tailored product or service recommendations, delivering client presentations, and providing follow-up and support post-sale. In addition, the Sales Specialist will participate in training programs to stay updated on industry best practices and will work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, address inquiries, and foster positive client relationships.Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive client acquisition, manage sales pipelines, and achieve revenue goals.Experience in Training and mentoring team members to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.Excellent interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.Proven experience in a sales or business development role; experience in the technology or digital solutions industry is a plus.
