Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Lahore. The Sales Specialist will focus on achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily responsibilities include prospecting clients, conducting sales presentations, addressing customer inquiries, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves assisting with sales strategies, staying informed on market developments, and contributing to the team’s success. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and build trusting relationships.Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet or exceed performance objectives and handle multiple accounts.Experience in providing training or mentoring to team members to enhance overall sales performance.Proficient organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to address client needs effectively.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is an asset.
