Salary: $18,000 MXN /monthPLEASE READ AND MAKE SURE YOU MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS BEFORE YOU APPLY.________________________________________________________________________________________Position Overview:The Closer Specialist is responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into signed contracts and completed payments. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive sales techniques, and the ability to handle sensitive client interactions with empathy and professionalism. The position supports the organization’s mission of helping immigrant families access humanitarian visas and legal protection through effective and ethical client engagement.Key Responsibilities:Conduct follow-up and qualification calls with prospective clients.Present legal service options clearly and persuasively, following established sales scripts and empathy frameworks.Manage client objections while maintaining a high level of empathy and professionalism.Ensure that each interaction concludes with a defined Call to Action (CTA), such as signing a contract, submitting documents, or completing a payment.Coordinate with the Evaluation Team to verify completeness of case information prior to closing.Accurately log calls, leads, and conversion outcomes in the CRM system.Meet or exceed assigned monthly conversion and quality performance targets.Participate in ongoing training sessions, performance reviews, and quality assurance evaluations.Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data protection and ethical standards in client communications.Qualifications:Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with strong written communication skills in both languages.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales, preferably in call center or client-facing roles.Demonstrated ability to close sales and build rapport quickly.Experience managing sensitive or emotionally charged conversations preferred (e.g., in legal, healthcare, or financial services).Strong organizational, follow-up, and multitasking skills.Proven resilience and self-motivation in meeting performance-based goals.Familiarity with CRM systems and remote team environments.Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and adapt to feedback within a remote and dynamic work environment.Comfortable working in Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours to align with the firm’s schedule.KPI’s with which the Employee’s Performance will be evaluated:Conversion rate from lead to contract.Timeliness from client intake to successful close.Adherence to sales scripts, empathy frameworks, and quality standards.Consistency in achieving or surpassing assigned sales goals.
