Here, the essence of the Dominican Republic comes to life! Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Specialist based in Punta Cana with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for promoting and selling Dominicania’s experiences and products. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, conducting sales presentations, managing client relationships, and supporting sales management efforts. Additionally, the Sales Specialist will assist in ongoing training to ensure high performance across the sales team. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skillsProven experience in Sales and Sales ManagementDemonstrated capability in Training and team coachingAbility to work in a hybrid environment, located in Punta Cana with some remote workStrong organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Prior experience in the tourism or cultural sector is a plus
