We are based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Employment Type: Full-timeRole DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Jeddah. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, developing customer relationships, managing the sales process from start to finish, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Representative will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a thorough knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.ResponsibilitiesIdentify Sales opportunities.Develop new relationships in an effort to grow Sales and help company expand.Maintain existing Sales.Experience in the field of Bulk SMS Companies / Information Technology Companies / Advertising & Marketing Companies / Software Companies.Experience in the field of Sales of (B2B) Business to Business / Selling Software / PaaS and SaaS Business / WhatsApp Business API / Information Technology Background.Develop and execute strategies to drive Sales in new and existing markets.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales.3+ years’ experience as Sales Representative.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProven knowledge and execution of successful development strategiesExcellent command in both Arabic and English languages.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent communications and computer skills.Excellent knowledge in ERP & CRM systems.Sales, Business Development, and Account Management skillsAbility to develop and maintain customer relationshipsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsExperience in the IT or technology industryKnowledge of market trends and competitive landscapeStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamRelevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in selling software or hardware solutions, knowledge of CRM tools, and fluency in Arabic and English.
