US Sales Specialist – Architecture & 3D VisualizationHouse of Bamboo – Gulberg, Lahore (Night-Shift / US Hours)About House of BambooHouse of Bamboo is a leading creative studio specializing in architectural 3D renderings, 3D modeling, and interior visual solutions. We partner with architects, designers, developers, and real estate professionals, delivering stunning visuals that help close deals, support design decisions, and elevate client presentations.Position SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and results-driven US Sales Specialist with a strong architecture background to lead and expand our sales efforts in the United States market. This role requires a sales-centric mindset, excellent leadership qualities, and a deep commitment to achieving aggressive sales targets. You will drive new business acquisition, nurture client relationships, and implement strategic sales initiatives that fuel revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives, focused on US architecture and design firms, real estate developers, and related sectors.Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across the US market.Lead sales efforts to meet or exceed aggressive revenue targets, monitoring performance and adapting strategies accordingly.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for key accounts.Manage the full sales cycle including lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, closing, and post-sales follow-up.Collaborate with internal teams (design, delivery, marketing) to ensure seamless client experience and service excellence.Track and report on sales metrics, market trends, and pipeline forecasts.Lead by example with high motivation, strong communication, and outstanding sales execution.Qualifications & SkillsRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven success in US B2B sales, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership skills and ability to drive results independently.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experience managing full-cycle sales and using CRM systems.Preferred:Background in architecture, design, or visualization services.Network within US architectural/design/real estate markets.Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration for client satisfaction.Work Schedule & LocationNight shift aligned with US business hours.Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays.Onsite in Gulberg, Lahore.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.Growth opportunities and professional development within the architecture/visualization industry.Performance-based incentives and bonuses.Exposure to high-impact global clients and market segments.Why Join Us?Lead sales strategy for an innovative studio creating industry-leading visual solutions.Work directly with international clients and shape future revenue growth.Opportunity to expand your expertise in architectural visualization and US market sales.How to Apply📩 Send your resume to: HR@houseofbamboo.design📞 Contact: 0320-6707352
