We’re adding a closer to convert our steady flow of new enquiries into paid weekly training memberships.The Mission (Outcomes > Activities)Close ≥40% of showed appointments into $148/week memberships.Speed-to-lead: contact new leads in ≤5 minutes during rostered hours.Run disciplined follow-up across call/SMS/email until closed or disqualified.What You’ll Sell (your edge)Not daycare — trainer-led dog school. Every visit includes 1-on-1 work with a qualified trainer, structured socialisation, enrichment, outdoor exercise, impulse control & obedience.Progress updates with photo/video so owners see the wins.Locations & cadence: fixed weekly or fortnightly spots at Wollongong and Shellharbour.Guarantee: No free trial. If a member isn’t stoked by week 4, they get a free 1-on-1 in-home private session with Nath (Head Trainer) and we reset the plan.What You’ll DoCall new leads, qualify needs, present the offer, take first payment on the call.Rebook no-shows, revive “think-it-overs,” and keep a clean pipeline.Keep the CRM spotless (notes, next action, status).Hybrid: Work from home; in-office weekly (Wollongong) for training, call reviews, and team meetings.Scorecard (how we measure success)Close rate (showed → sold): ≥40% targetShow rate: ≥70% for booked calls (use reminders)Speed-to-lead compliance: ≥85% within 5 minutesQA: ≥90% on script/complianceCRM hygiene: 100% opportunities with next action + datePayBase: $29.91/hr + super + applicable penalties (Clerks – Private Sector Award, MA000002).Plus commissions on new memberships.
