The Sales Specialist will be responsible for presenting and promoting Infinia Vacation Club’s membership programs to potential clients, guiding them through the benefits and value of our resorts. The role involves engaging with guests, understanding their vacation preferences, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.Key responsibilities include achieving individual and team sales targets, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, following up with clients, and ensuring a premium customer experience throughout the sales process.QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skillsProven ability to meet and exceed individual sales targetsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a professional and engaging approachAbility to build rapport and long-term relationships with clientsSelf-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitudeExperience in hospitality, vacation club, or luxury sales is a plusBachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
