JYX Packaging is a global provider of luxury and sustainable packaging solutions, trusted by leading brands in cosmetics, fashion, wine & spirits, and electronics. To support our growth in Indonesia, we are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Project Coordinator to manage client projects from order placement to final delivery.Key Responsibilities• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (sales, production, logistics).• Manage and follow up on customer purchase orders (PO) from confirmation to delivery.• Coordinate project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.• Prepare sales documentation including quotations, order confirmations, and delivery schedules.• Monitor order status, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to clients.• Collaborate with production, warehouse, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.• Support sales reporting and project pipeline tracking.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or project management (manufacturing or packaging industry preferred).• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin is a plus.Why Join Us?• Competitive salary package.• Opportunity to work with international clients and premium brands.• Professional development and career growth in a global company.• Supportive and collaborative work environment.
