Heads Talent Solutions has partnered with a pharmaceutical company specializing in the registration, distribution, and promotion of high-quality Rx medicinal products and medical devices.We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales Specialist to join a highly motivated team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting company's pharmaceutical products and the role involves engaging with healthcare professionals, organizing promotional events and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.Tasks & Responsibilities: Actively promote the company’s pharmaceutical portfolio to healthcare professionalsEstablish and nurture long-term relationships with HCPs in hospitalsCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective business and territory strategiesSupport the successful launch of new products in futureDeliver impactful promotional presentations during hospital meetingsAchieve or exceed defined sales targets while ensuring sustainable market growthLog and manage daily field visits, activities, and interactions using the company’s CRM systemRepresent the company and its portfolio at national medical congresses and industry eventsCandidate profile: University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experienceProven track record of building strong relationships with HCPs and meeting/exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong understanding of hospital sales dynamics and promotional compliance standardsSelf-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a teamProficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office toolsWillingness to travel frequently within the assigned territoryOnly shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
