Sales Specialist

Position: Sales ConsultantLocation: Dubai Marina, Marina Plaza OfficesWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 hours/dayCompany Overview:Two of our subsidiary companies under the Nathan Group, Dynamic Freelancer and Dynamic Maids, are seeking motivated Sales Consultants. Both brands provide professional visa solutions in the UAE, and the sales team works jointly across the two companies to drive business growth and client satisfaction.Role Overview:The Sales Consultant will manage incoming leads, convert prospects into clients, maintain and grow a book of accounts, and upsell additional services such as dependent visas, group insurance for dependents, premium group insurance for freelancers, re-entry permits, visa updates due to nationality changes, renewals of visas/permits, and contract reviews. This is an opportunity to be part of a high-performing, collaborative sales team representing two leading brands.Key Responsibilities:Call and convert incoming leads (~100 per month) with a target of 40% conversionMaintain and grow the client book, ensuring annual renewals of visas and permits, and nurturing long-term relationshipsUpsell additional services, including dependent visas, group insurance for dependents, premium group insurance for freelancers, re-entry permits, visa updates due to nationality changes, renewals, and contract reviewsMaintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updatesCollaborate with the team to achieve overall sales targets and growth objectivesRequirements:Entry-level to mid-senior sales experience; passionate about salesStrong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a teamPrior experience in B2B/B2C sales, account management, or client services is a plus.Compensation:Starting salary AED 7,000 + attractive commission structureWhy Join:Manage and grow your own client book across two leading brandsHands-on exposure to lead conversion, account management, and upselling a range of visa-related and premium servicesWork in a professional, collaborative office environment at Marina Plaza with structured support from the Nathan Group
