募集職種:セールススペシャリスト(太陽光発電事業/日本勤務)職務内容:既存顧客との日常的なコミュニケーション、問い合わせ対応および関係維持のサポート新規顧客開拓の補助(営業資料の準備、初期対応、営業同行など)見積書、契約書、請求書など営業関連書類の作成・管理市場情報、競合情報の収集・整理社内関連部門(技術、物流、財務など)との調整サポート月次・四半期の販売データや進捗状況のレポート作成補助上司(セールスマネージャー)からの指示によるその他の関連業務応募資格・スキル要件:学士号(電気工学、経営学、国際関係など関連分野は尚可)日本語力:ビジネスレベル(必須)英語または中国語でのコミュニケーションスキル(尚可)法人営業またはカスタマーサポートの経験(1〜2年程度が望ましいが、新卒・第二新卒も歓迎)Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)など基本的なPCスキル太陽光発電や再生可能エネルギー業界への関心チームワークを重視し、責任感を持って業務に取り組める方顧客志向で、丁寧かつ迅速に対応できる方Job Title: Sales Specialist, PV (Based in Japan)Key Responsibilities:Support daily communication with existing customers, respond to inquiries, and help maintain relationshipsAssist in developing new customers (preparing sales materials, handling initial inquiries, joining sales visits)Prepare and manage sales-related documents (quotations, contracts, invoices)Gather and organize market and competitor informationSupport coordination with internal departments (engineering, logistics, finance, etc.)Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking monthly/quarterly progressOther tasks assigned by Sales Manager or supervisorSkills & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering, Business, International Relations or related field preferred)Japanese: business level (required)English or Chinese communication skills (an advantage to liaise with local counterparties)1–2 years of experience in corporate sales or customer support preferred (fresh graduates / early-career candidates welcome)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Strong interest in solar PV or renewable energy industryTeam player with a strong sense of responsibilityCustomer-oriented, detail-minded, and able to respond promptly and professionally
