Role Description This full-time on-site role of Sales Specialist is located in Al-Basra Governorate, Iraq. The Sales Specialist will focus on driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, delivering high-quality customer service, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute sales strategies. The role also involves providing regular updates and reports on sales performance and market trends. Qualifications Proven interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.Experience in sales, account management, and client engagement within the beauty or retail sector is a plus.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet targets and deadlines.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations.Proficiency in market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.Fluency in both English and Arabic; additional language skills are an advantage.Adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and a result-driven approach.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
