Job OverviewThe Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting the marketing and sales planning and execution for the communities to which they are assigned. The Sales Specialist is delegated significant and discretionary powers to market their assigned communities. Individuals are expected to customarily and regularly exercise discretion and independent judgment in administering the business affairs of their assigned communities that relate to marketing and sales. The Sales Specialist is expected to perform the role of the Director of Sales at their assigned communities.
