We are building the next-generation platform that empowers brands to optimize their visibility in the AI-driven search era.ResponsibilitiesLead Conversion & Pipeline Management:Engage, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of inbound leads provided by the company.Own the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery and needs assessment to product demonstration, negotiation, and closing.Solution Selling & Target Achievement:Deliver compelling and tailored product demonstrations that clearly articulate the value proposition and ROI of our unique GEO solutions.Develop and present persuasive sales proposals to key decision-makers.Lead commercial negotiations to secure new business efficiently and effectively.Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets.QualificationsSales Experience:1-3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a closing role within a SaaS or technology services company.A proven track record of successfully managing a sales pipeline from lead to close and consistently exceeding performance targets.Core Skills:Exceptional English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.A natural ability to build rapport, persuade, and guide prospects through a complex sales process.Strong results-oriented mindset with excellent execution and time management abilities.Personal Attributes:A proactive and self-motivated individual who is adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.Resilient, ambitious, and hungry for high earnings and professional achievement.Professional, personable, and skilled at building strong client relationships.Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.Bonus: Fluency in Mandarin is a plus but not required.What We OfferLucrative Compensation: A competitive base salary complemented by a generous and uncapped commission structure.
