Job Description

Requirements:Strong communication and negotiation skills in German language (both written and verbal).Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Familiarity with CRM tools, online communication platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.), and sales tracking systems.Ability to manage customer relationships and close deals in an online environment.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Target-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Multilingual ability (Arabic + German) Job Duties & Responsibilities:Communicate with new leads and follow up on assigned prospects through calls, emails, and social media platforms.Arrange for meting with clinics which means continues travel inside Germany in order to meet clinic owners.Negotiate and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system and reporting tools.Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.Support the company’s brand by ensuring professional representation in all customer interactions.
