SodaStream Poland is in ‘scale-up mode’—combining the energy and agility of a startup with the resources and reach of a global organization. This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the business, leading the charge on strategic growth while staying close to execution and the customer.As a Head of Sales, you will lead a team of Account Managers. You will work closely with the General Manager and Poland leadership team to co-create the commercial roadmap, drive top-line growth through brilliant execution of our brand in store environments and build scalable processes and capabilities for the next phase of our journey.This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment—someone who can think big but also roll up their sleeves to get things done.What We're Looking ForProven commercial leadership experience in FMCG or consumer goods, ideally with experience in both established brands and growth-stage environments.Ability to lead, coach and sell yourself with category growth and contribution at the heart.Demonstrated success in leading omnichannel sales teams such as Grocery of Electrical.Experience setting the national framework for price and promotion and developing pack price architecture strategies.Strategic mindset with hands-on operational excellence—you can see the big picture and drive the day-to-day.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, challenge, and grow a high-performing team.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities.Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where transformation and the ambiguity that comes with is embraced.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Scale-Up ExecutionSet and lead the Polish commercial strategy, aligning with global objectives while tailoring to local market dynamics.Balance long-term strategic planning with short-term execution—playing both the architect and the builder of Poland sales growth. We want to accelerate fast, so disruptive and bold approaches are embraced.Lead sales input into business planning, forecasting, innovation launches, and brand building. Commercial OwnershipOwn the full Poland sales P&L, delivering revenue, margin, and market share targets.Develop and deliver robust joint business plans (JBPs) with key retailers across all channels.Drive excellence in promotional planning, customer investment ROI, and in-store/eCommerce execution.Cooperate on the development and implementation of the eCommerce commercial strategy across retailer.com platforms. Team Leadership & Capability BuildingInspire and manage a team of Sales Account Managers, supporting their development and enabling high performance.Build scalable sales processes and best practices to support rapid growth.Drive a culture of accountability, learning, and cross-functional collaboration. Cross-Functional & Leadership Team CollaborationServe as a key member of the Poland Leadership Team, working closely with the General Manager, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and HR.Contribute to broader business strategy, innovation planning, and organisational development.Represent the commercial voice in critical business decisions, acting as a thought partner and challenger. Customer Partnership & AdvocacyBuild senior-level, strategic relationships with retail and digital partners, becoming a trusted advisor to their businesses.Represent the brand externally, promoting SodaStream’s purpose-led mission and category innovation.Use insights, trends, and data to influence customer strategy and joint value creation.QualificationsExperience & Track Record5 to 10 years of commercial or sales leadership experience within FMCG, consumer electronics, or other fast-moving consumer goods environments.Proven success leading national sales strategies and delivering strong revenue, margin, and market share growth.Demonstrated experience in both established multinational companies and fast-growth or scale-up environments—comfortable navigating structure and entrepreneurial agility.Strong background in omnichannel sales management (Grocery, Modern Trade, Electrical/CE, eCommerce, and pure players).Demonstrated ability to build and implement national price, promotion, and pack architecture frameworks.Experience owning and optimizing a full commercial P&L, including customer investment and ROI management.A track record of building and managing high-performing sales teams, ideally during phases of rapid growth or transformation.Leadership & CompetenciesA strategic commercial thinker who can convert insight into clear actions and scale plans quickly.Hands-on leadership style—able to operate at pace, dive into detail, and “roll up your sleeves” when needed.Strong influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience managing senior retail/customer relationships.Ability to drive change, challenge the status quo, and introduce bold, disruptive commercial approaches.Exceptional communication skills and the ability to represent the business externally with authority and credibility.Highly data-literate with the ability to interpret insights, category trends, and performance analytics to shape commercial decisions.Comfortable with ambiguity, entrepreneurial environments, and building structure where processes are still evolving.Mindset & Culture FitGrowth-oriented, proactive, and motivated by the opportunity to shape a business in scale-up mode.Passion for consumer experience, sustainability, and bringing category innovation to life in-store and online.A collaborative team player with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and empowerment.Resilient, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced environments where priorities move quickly.
