Role Description We are hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Supervisor for our office located in Majarah El Sheikh Zaid. The Sales Supervisor will oversee daily sales operations, manage a team of sales professionals, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement sales strategies to achieve targets. Responsibilities include coaching team members, monitoring performance, and resolving client inquiries to foster a productive and customer-centric work environment. Qualifications Strong Team Management and Training skills to coach and motivate sales teams.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively.Proven Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics, market trends, and identify areas for improvement.Proven experience in sales or a similar supervisory role is highly desirable.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, on-site work environment and adapt to the fast-paced real estate industry.Bachelor’s degree
