About Us:We are a European premium cigar company with rapidly growing operations across Spain,Germany, Switzerland, and the United States.Our brands are present in retail stores, cigar lounges, and online distributors across multiplecountries.We are now expanding our sales structure in Europe and looking for a talented SalesSupervisor to lead and develop a regional sales team in the FMCG segment (tobaccoindustry).RequirementsYou will be responsible for:Leading and supervising a team of sales representatives and key account managers across assigned markets (Europe)Driving sell-in and sell-out performance across distributors, retail chains, and B2B clientsImplementing sales plans, targets, and incentive programsMonitoring market trends and competitor activities in the tobacco/FMCG sectorReporting directly to the Commercial DirectorCoordinating closely with the Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service departmentsWhat We Expect:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales supervision or team management within FMCG or Tobacco industriesStrong understanding of B2B distribution, retail, and trade marketingExcellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skillsAbility to work remotely and manage a multicultural teamFluent English (C1+); other European languages are a plus (Spanish, German, Polish, Bulgarian, Serbian, Romanian)Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and motivation to grow with a fast-developing brandBenefitsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary: USD 3,000/month + quarterly bonuses ($500-$1.500) based on team resultsOpportunity to grow into Regional Sales Manager Europe within 12-18 monthsWork with an international team across Spain, Germany, and SwitzerlandAnnual business trips to trade shows (InterTabac, etc.)Supportive environment with a focus on results, not bureaucracy
