Role OverviewKim Guan Hap Kee Sdn. Bhd., established in 1976, is one of Sabah’s leading FMCG distributors. The company represents and distributes a wide range of international and local brands, including Del Monte, QBB, Diamond Foil, and GREATCO Cup Brand house Brand. Our products are imported from the China ,United States, New Zealand, Vietnam,Thailand, and Indonesia, covering categories such as Canned food, beverages, confectionery, condiments, and Rice vermicelli . With a core philosophy of integrity and mutual success, the company serves major supermarkets, retail chains, and traditional outlets across Sabah, acting as a trusted bridge between global brands and the local market.Key Responsibilities1. Sales Supervision • Supervise and monitor daily activities of regional sales teams. • Set sales targets and track individual and team performance. • Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations. • Support sales representatives in closing deals and resolving customer issues.2. Marketing Coordination • Collaborate with the central marketing team to plan and implement regional campaigns. • Execute in-store promotions, roadshows, product launches, and merchandising activities. • Customize marketing strategies to align with local market conditions and customer preferences.3. Territory Development • Identify new customer opportunities and expand market share within assigned regions. • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts. • Conduct market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather customer feedback.4. Reporting and Analysis • Prepare and present regular sales performance and market feedback reports. • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Recommend actionable strategies to optimize sales and marketing effectiveness.5. General & Ad Hoc Tasks • Undertake any additional duties or special projects assigned by the superior or management.Qualifications • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. • Strong communication and customer service orientation. • Able to travel frequently across regional territories. • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • Experience in FMCG or distribution industries is advantageous.Working Conditions • Based in office with regular travel across regional territories. • May require irregular working hours, including weekends or public holidays during promotional events.
