Job Description Support the Store Manager in managing daily store operations to ensure operational excellence and compliance with company standards.Ensure superior customer service delivery by providing a comfortable, engaging, and satisfying shopping experience for all customers.Handle customer complaints and after-sales service professionally and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.Take ownership of store performance, including revenue achievement, business growth, and customer acquisition, in line with established targets.Maximize sales opportunities through effective execution of visual merchandising strategies and strict adherence to standard operating procedures.Monitor store performance metrics and analyze results to drive continuous improvement.Lead, coach, and develop store staff to enhance individual and team performance, capability, and engagement.Requirement :Minimum Diploma in any major.At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in retail sales, with a minimum of 1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.Strong understanding of store operations, sales performance management, and customer service excellence.Proven track record in achieving sales targets, driving revenue growth, and managing key performance indicators (KPIs).Demonstrated capability in leading, coaching, and developing store teams to deliver high performance.Solid knowledge of visual merchandising standards and retail operational procedures.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.High level of customer orientation with the ability to manage customer complaints and after-sales service professionally.Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor performance data and implement improvement initiatives.Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in a dynamic retail environment.
