Sales Support - Coordinator Commercial Data Integrity & Customer Questionnaires

Together, we can create a legacy marked by innovation, excitement, and energy.Purpose of the RoleAct as the central coordinator for all Ketjen customer questionnaires. Ensure the integrity, consistency, and compliance of our commercial data (our CRM system Salesforce) as a Data Quality & Process Improvement specialist.The dual role is responsible for: upholding data standards and identifying ways to improve Salesforce-related processes and, furthermore, supporting sales operations by managing customer questionnaires efficiently and accurately, which helps business continuity and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the central point of contact for all Ketjen customer questionnairesCoordinate with internal Subject Matter Experts across departments (such as HR, Regulatory, Sustainability, IT, HSE, Compliance)Design and continuously improve the questionnaire handling processTimely completion of questionnairesBuild and maintain a database of Ketjen-specific Q&APrioritize requests based on business impact and customer importanceEnsure NDA coverage and gatekeeping for sensitive information sharingIdentify and document gaps in Ketjen policies and proceduresAnalyze current Salesforce workflows and user behaviors to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecksPropose and implement improvements to enhance user experience, data entry efficiency, and reporting accuracyAct as a liaison between commercial teams, IT, and data governance to align on data standards and process improvementsWork closely with Salesforce developers to translate business needs into system enhancements (incl. change communication and coordination of end-user training)Support internal and external audit reporting (e.g. ISO) QualificationsAnalytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsStrong organizational and communication skillsProficiency in English (written and spoken)Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environmentStrong attention to detail and process improvement mindsetPreferred skills: experience with project management and audits, experience with data quality tools and techniques, and familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologiesBenefits Of Joining KetjenCompetitive compensationComprehensive benefits packageA diverse array of resources to support you professionally and personally.
