We focus exclusively on Cloudflare licensing, support plans, professional services, and managed offerings, working closely with clients, distributors, and Cloudflare teams to ensure smooth and high-impact implementations across the region.We are scaling our Cloudflare presence across MENAT, and this role is key to enabling that growth.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Sales Support & Account Operations Specialist to join our Cloudflare-focused commercial team. Your mission: support the full sales cycle execution, so our Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Engineers (SEs) can focus on client relationships, deal strategy, and technical delivery.You will handle quote preparation, CRM updates, renewal tracking, scheduling, and partner coordination. You will also act as a key interface between our sales team and our operational partners (including Cloudflare distributors like Mindware).This role is essential to scale our Cloudflare business with speed, precision and structure.Core ResponsibilitiesSales SupportPrepare and manage draft quotes for:Cloudflare LicensingCloudflare Professional Services (based on SE input)Cloudflare Support / Managed PlansCoordinate with Cloudflare distributors (e.g. Mindware) on pricing, approvals and quote submissionTrack and organize all renewals, ensuring timely preparation and follow-upMaintain and update the CRM (Zoho) to ensure data accuracy and visibilityAssist in the preparation and delivery of Cloudflare marketing materials and documentationSchedule and coordinate demo sessions, onboarding calls, and internal handoversMonitor and update indirect opportunities involving partners or distributorsAccount OperationsAct as the operational point of contact for client-side needs when AEs are unavailableCollect and organize key information to prepare for AE or SE involvementStructure and maintain weekly sales reporting (pipeline, renewals, deals in progress)Escalate issues to sales leadership, SEs, or partners as neededEnsure all quoting and sales activity follows internal processes and approval flowKey InteractionsWork closely with Sales Engineers to translate technical scoping into quote-ready formatsCollaborate with Account Executives to structure deals and manage client touchpointsLiaise with Cloudflare partners and distributors to streamline executionReport to Sales Director and coordinate closely with delivery operationsRequirementsMust-Have Qualifications2 to 4 years of experience in a Sales Support, Sales Operations, or Commercial Coordination role, ideally in a B2B tech or SaaS environmentStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities in parallelExperience handling quotes, renewals, CRM updates, and internal coordination between sales, technical and partner teamsFluent in Arabic, French, and English - both written and spokenComfortable using tools such as:Zoho CRM (or similar tools like HubSpot, Salesforce)Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word)Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)Able to work full-time on Gulf Standard Time (GST), with high responsivenessStrong written communication skills and a structured, process-oriented mindsetPreferred Experience (Strong Plus)Exposure to Cloudflare, cybersecurity, or network infrastructure productsPrior experience working with or for a Cloudflare partner, reseller, or distributor (e.g. Mindware)Familiarity with Professional Services quoting (based on SE input) and Support plan packagingWorked in collaboration with Sales Engineers (SEs) and Account Executives (AEs) to manage client-facing deliverablesHands-on experience with sales pipelines, renewal calendars, and partner coordinationBenefitsWhat We OfferStrategic role in a fast-growing Cloudflare-focused businessFull remote setup with regional visibility and impactOpportunity to grow into Sales Ops, Partner Enablement, or Regional CoordinationCollaborative and performance-driven cultureCompetitive local compensation package
