ResponsibilitiesSales Administrator for Distributors and WHS customers Europe Independent Management of all sales orders Customer support personally, on the phone and by email Coordination with customs department, forwarder and the warehouse for all shipments from the warehouse in Germany and directly from the supplier Coordination with partners, sales, purchasing, production, logistics and finance Invoicing and creditingQualificationsExperience in sales administration Know how in ERP Communicative with all kind of stakeholders Act Independent Global mindset Office Tools: Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams etc. Understanding of the functions of an ERP system (Dynamics AX)German and English - advanced level is a must
