If so, Wellspect Nordics could be the perfect place for you.We are now looking to welcome a new colleague to our Nordic Sales Support team.About The PositionAs our Sales Support Coordinator you will work within the Nordic Sales organization and be a part of our Sales- and service team located in Mölndal. You will be the link between the organization, our customers and users of our products.Our mission is to support the local Nordic markets through market coordination, event coordination, and customer service.This position supports our Scandinavian markets: Sweden, Denmark, and Norway.Your Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and coordinate Nordic customer eventsManage incoming orders and ensure the right products reach the right customers at the right time.Provide world-class support to both customers and end usersSupport our Nordic Sales team in daily operationsWho You AreWe believe you are service-minded and enjoy the variety that comes with switching between different tasks throughout the day. As an important part of a supporting team, you value collaboration and take responsibility for contributing to shared goals.You are comfortable learning and working in new ERP and CRM systems, and you are driven by gaining new knowledge and developing in your role.You take a proactive and structured approach to your work, always aiming to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction—and you take pride in making a difference for both colleagues and customers.We Believe You HaveA few years of experience in customer serviceThe ability to understand Danish, Swedish, and NorwegianExperience working with ERP and CRM tools such as Salesforce and M3 – or excited to learn and become comfortable working with these tools.Good proficiency in Microsoft OfficeYou have experience coordinating events—large or small—and are capable of both supporting and leading event activities.Good to knowThis position is based in Mölndal, Sweden, with the possibility of remote work.
