You will be joining an expanding team to build your skills with a company that values your potential and supports your professional growth.Key Responsibilities:Provide exceptional administrative support to our Business Development and Trading teams in Dubai and Europe, enabling them to focus on driving global business opportunities.Business Development & Trading SupportCoordinate bi-weekly and monthly sales meetings, including preparing invites and agendasProvide daily, weekly, and monthly business updates on team performance against KPIs using Vonage call logs and database mailoutsPrepare and distribute the Magna Financial Market Reports to clients, partners, and affiliatesManage stock levels of external marketing materials, including sales brochures and business cardsSupport sales and trading teams with new client onboarding, liaising with clients to ensure trading accounts are correctly registered on Magna’s payment platforms, and ensuring compliance with regulatory (KYC) and internal requirementsManage client referrals from the trading team: booking currency conversions, verifying payment beneficiaries, sending final payments to broker support teams, and monitoring trade execution; keeping clients updated as appropriateMaintain accurate and consistent client and partner records within Bitrix (CRM)Act as a key contact for Magna’s trading platform providers, supporting end-to-end trade flow processes, from payment funding through to deal executionAbout YouProven experience in an administrative or business support roleExcellent attention to detail and high level of organisationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProactive self starter able to work independently and collaborativelyStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Advanced English (verbal and written) is requiredIf you possess the drive, skills, and enthusiasm to excel in this role, we would love to hear from you.
