Job Overview:The Sales Coordinator / Sales Operations Executive will act as a key link between the sales team, operations, and international clients, ensuring smooth coordination, effective communication, and seamless execution of sales activities. This role supports the sales team in achieving maximum productivity while maintaining compliance and accurate records.Key Responsibilities:Coordination & Communication:· Serve as the first point of contact for the international sales team.· Coordinate effectively between the sales team, operations, and recruitment teams.· Facilitate smooth communication across departments to resolve operational hurdles.Sales Operations & Reporting:· Track and report sales activities of BDMs and sales executives.· Maintain accurate records of commissions and incentives.· Monitor and maintain the client database and ensure CRM is up to date.· Assist in planning and strategizing for future sales initiatives.Support & Compliance:· Ensure compliance with company documentation and operational procedures.· Equip the sales team to utilize company tools and systems efficiently.· Monitor and verify sales-related expenses and maintain accurate records.· Manage individual expense accounts for each sales team member, ensuring proper documentation, approval, and reconciliation.Client & Executive Coordination:· Plan and coordinate CEO/client visits with the sales team.· Act as a liaison between the Dubai office, recruitment teams, and sales team.· Support the sales team in day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations.Continuous Improvement:· Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance sales productivity.· Encourage efficiency and compliance within the team.Skills & Qualifications:· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.· Excellent communication skills.· Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.· Familiarity with CRM tools and sales operations processes.· Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to handle operational challenges.· Strong financial awareness and accuracy in expense tracking and reporting
